Cancellation Policy

Please allow your therapist a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations made under 24 hours are subject to paying 50% of the scheduled service. In the event of a no call- no show, the client is required to pay 100% of the missed service before being allowed to make another one.
